In Germany there is another ad from ABSOLUT CITY ATTACK campaign in TV MOVIE (23/2005, Germany). It is called ABSOLUT DOM. There is still plenty of ads from this campaign which did not appear in magazines or which were not found yet. ABSOLUT CITY ATTACK campaign should contain total of 17 ads designed for German market only.

New ad appeared in US. It is called ABSOLUT GATHERING and appeared in Playboy magazine (12/05 USA). This ad is presenting nine older christmas ads (ABSOLUT SEASON, ABSOLUT ANTICIPATION, ABSOLUT RITUAL, ABSOLUT STIRRING, ABSOLUT TRADITION, ABSOLUT SCROOGE, ABSOLUT SELF-CONTROL, ABSOLUT 24TH and ABSOLUT JOY) together with subtitle: “After 25 years of great holiday ads, we’re letting you pick up your favorite. Visit absolut.com to make your choice.” There is no section on absolut.com yet but you can try direct address absolut.com/GATHERING where you can find splash screen of ABSOLUT SWEDEN website which is ready to be launched.
ABSOLUT STEIFE BRISE magazine ad appeared in DER SPIEGEL magazine in Germany (#43, 24.10.2005).

In September issue of Scanorama magazine there was new two page ad called ABSOLUT REUNION. On one page there is a text describing the history of union between Norway and Sweden including one drink recipe and on the second page there is classic bottle focused ad called ABSOLUT REUNION. Edgar issued another postcard in Germany with same motive as ABSOLUT FÖHN called ABSOLUT STEIFE BRISE (number 7755). This card was distributed in Hamburg.
Steife Brise describes the strong wind in Hamburg. Since the city is very north of Germany and close to the ocean it is very often very windy there!
Finally two more ads from Absolut City Attack campaign appeared in magazines. There are ABSOLUT BERMUDADREIECK and ABSOLUT KÖ ads which are in the latest issue of “PRINZ Top Guide 2006“. This magazine was issued in local editions and each edition has it’s local ad. “PRINZ Top Guide 2006″ is available in these cities with these ads:

Germany is under “Absolut City Attack” and there is third magazine ad issued in this series. It is called ABSOLUT ST. PAULI and this ad can be found in TV Movie (on the back cover; #21/2005, Germany), Maxim (November 2005, Germany) and Der Spiegel (#41 / 10.10.2005, Germany).
In some older issues of mentioned magazines there was ABSOLUT WIES’N ad. It was in TV Movie (#20/2005, Germany) and Maxim (October 2005, Germany).
ABSOLUT ICON campaign presents another Album Cover ad called ABSOLUT FOBIA. This ad appeared in Mexican magazine Complot (09/2005, Mexico). There are two more ads right now in Mexico: ABSOLUT SAMPLING can be found in Origina (09/2005, Mexico) and ABSOLUT JETLAG in Travesias (#46, Mexico).
Yesterday Dennis wrote interesting news about latest Absolut City Attack campaign in Germany. We can expect 17(!) new ads made only for German market. There is no confirmation that all ads will appear as magazine ads or postcards. They can be used on city lights and posters. Anyway we already had a chance to see Absolut Wies’n and Absolut Maximilianstr in magazines so I hope that all other ads will be available too. I have the list of all ads we can expect so read carefully.
