ABSOLUT SHARK BITE is a feisty new cocktail with a powerful bite, specially created by ABSOLUT to celebrate the opening of the new Saatchi Gallery in London.
The premium quality and iconic bottle of ABSOLUT has been an inspiration to artists all over the world, including the first ABSOLUT artist - Andy Warhol - who created his own interpretation of the ABSOLUT bottle in 1985. Since then, ABSOLUT has worked with some of the world’s and UK’s most high profile artists including Damien Hirst (who created an ABSOLUT HIRST featuring the bottle suspended in formaldehyde), Sarah Lucas and Chris Ofili.

The new ABSOLUT SHARK BITE cocktail was created by Maxxium UK mixologist Wayne Collins, who took his inspiration for the long drink from Damien Hirst’s world famous ‘A Dead Shark in Formaldehyde’. ABSOLUT SHARK BITE will be served at the Saatchi Gallery launch on 15 April, which will be attended by art world luminaries including Sam Taylor Wood, Jake and Dinos Chapman, and Tracey Emin. Although ABSOLUT is sold in over 125 countries and works with leading artists from around the world, every drop of ABSOLUT comes from one source – Åhus in southern Sweden.

If you want to recreate the unique ABSOLUT SHARK BITE cocktail at home, then why not become a bartender in your own home using the following ingredients:

ABSOLUT SHARK BITE
1 shot of Absolut Vodka
1 shot of Bols Raspberry
3 shots of Tropicana Tropical Juice
